Shipping Policy Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of purchase. During our initial launch period, processing may occasionally take slightly longer if that happens, we'll notify you by email.

Where We Ship We currently ship to the United States and the European Union, with more destinations added over time. If your country isn't listed at checkout, contact us at info@theanatolianelixir.com and we'll let you know if we can arrange it.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Customs, Duties & Taxes Orders shipped outside Turkey may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes charged by your country upon arrival. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. We're not able to predict the exact amount, as it depends on your country's regulations.

Packaging Every bottle is individually cushioned and packed to withstand international transit. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at info@theanatolianelixir.com with a photo, and we'll make it right.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package door to door.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, or your estimated delivery window has passed, reach out to us at info@theanatolianelixir.com and we'll look into it with the carrier.
