We started with our own trees.
The Anatolian Elixir began with a simple decision. We wanted to bottle the olive oil from our own groves in Anatolia, the way it was always meant to be made. Harvested at the right moment. Pressed with care. Nothing rushed, nothing added.
A ritual, not a pantry item
Most olive oil is sold to sit in a cupboard. We didn't want that. This comes in a small 250ml bottle. Enough for a real daily habit. One spoonful, or a small glass, whenever it fits your morning.
We think the smaller bottle changes how you use it. You open it because you actually want it that day, not because you're trying to finish a liter before it goes stale.
Small on purpose
Right now, this is a small operation. Our own harvest. A small production run. We're spending our time getting the details right, the bottle, the label, the way it ships, before we try to grow any of it.
If that means moving slower than a bigger brand would, we're fine with that.
What's next
We're preparing our first release now. Once it's ready, we'll ship it carefully from our groves in Anatolia to wherever you are.
